SynergyYoga/Dance invites you to flow with lifeforce energy as you move through any stress points, blockages, or discomfort with gentle, natural movement, breath, sound, and guided visualizations.
During this workshop, we will begin in a heart meditation circle, gain insights into the messages of the body and how to respond to them to improve health and wellbeing, experience a gentle flowing Hatha yoga warm-up with guided visualization, engage in expressive movement around the space, healing practices and wind-down into deep relaxation. We would like you to know that for people affected by physical, emotional and sexual abuse that you can through acknowledgement and therapy release the pain, anger and sadness and come out even more resilient and strong through the therapeutic process.
We have specific therapists on our team with expertise and experience in dealing with abuse and it's consequences and we are dedicated to helping as many people as possible. |
